Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is our refund policy for Nectra credit packs.

14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. However, when you purchase Nectra and immediately use credits to generate a CV, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service | at which point the right of withdrawal is lost for the credits used.

Unused credits

If you have purchased Nectra credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at hello@beecome.ai with your account email and order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Partially used packs

If you have used some credits from a pack, we will refund the pro-rata value of the unused credits at your discretion, within 14 days of purchase.

Technical issues

If a generation failed due to a technical error on our end and a Nectra credit was debited, we will restore the credit or issue a refund | contact us with details of the issue.

How to request a refund

Email hello@beecome.ai with:

• The email address on your account
• The date of purchase
• The pack you purchased
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us directly | we are happy to resolve issues quickly.
